Lakwatsera titas (sort-of) from Batangas tried to get a first-hand feel of the newest insta-worthy goodies from (Lipa Branch). Having seen the Facebook page’s mouth-watery delicacies, most especially their captivating colorful milkshakes, BFF Mariko and I decided to take an afternoon savoring the latest craze of a food stop at Villa Lourdes (just in front of De La Salle Lipa).

BFF Mariko and I with a mandatory photo op with our eats for the day.

First off, the ambiance of the place was kinda my type with its pastel-colored walls, overlooking-the-sea view wall paint, and friendly aura. Match that with the sight of milkshakes beaded with rainbow sprinkles on the mason jar glasses.

When it comes to the food, upon trying their Hawaiian burger, I’d say it would be a 9/10. I love the sauce (signature cheese and BBQ sauce), topped with pineapple, lettuce, and tomato. The green bun also made it more delectable — considering that it was my first time to eat a green burger. 😉

Meaty Fries

Next up was the meaty fries. Cute enough, it caught our attention as it lay on a tiny supermarket pushcart (seemingly from a Barbie doll house). Drizzled with cheese sauce and ground meat, it’s worth checking out as well. (8/10) It would be great to have more servings of fries, BTW. 🙂

Melon Melon Sinta Star Coolers and Pink Battery Lemonade

As for my beverage, the pink battery lemonade did catch my attention too. As per the FB page pic I saw previously, featuring the juices on lightbulb glasses was aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. As for the taste, it would be a 7.5/10. Could’ve been better if it has more flavor (looking for that lemonade taste) and more ice too! 🙂

Candy Sugar Rush Milkshake

Last is the Candy Sugar Rush milkshake. Having learned that it has cotton candy, lolly-shaped mallows and what I think of as pastillas (also appealing with rainbow-ish candy sprinkles all over the glass), we tried it out. Taste-wise? 8/10. If you’re looking for a sugar rush, this is worth your bucks. Presentation? 10/10.

Well, in general, food presentation was awesome. Taste would be highly satisfactory for me. Ambiance provides a cute-sy feeling (with the girly colors and all). So yep, if you’re looking for a place to hang out at in Lipa, try Pier 7. Who knows, you just might get those Instagram-worthy shots of their delicacies, have a cool bonding moment with your peeps and accomplish those .
